A graduate of the University of Virginia and the Circle in the Square Theater Conservatory in New York, Larry has management experience within the insurance, retail, and entertainment industries for companies like Macy’s and MGM Studios.
Larry holds multiple career coaching certifications from Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the world’s largest providers of corporate outplacement services. He was a principal consultant for their Amgen Career Center, which won the company’s President’s Award.
He is also a long-time member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), where he founded and served as lead facilitator for the Los Angeles chapter’s Job Search Special Division.
Larry enjoys hiking and camping throughout the Southwest with his wife and two young children. In addition to his many volunteer involvements, Larry is also an Olympic distance triathlete.
